The basics for using this site and working with me.

The Site and its content — including text, design, code, and assets — are owned by Angélica Colión. You can share links to the site, but please don't republish content as your own.
When you become a client, all custom strategy, content, and deliverables I create specifically for you become yours upon final payment. My templates, frameworks, and underlying systems remain mine.
If you sign up for 1:1 advisory or agency packages, the specific terms are spelled out in the engagement agreement you sign separately. Those terms control the relationship.
Key principles I always honor:
For monthly subscriptions: I don't refund prorated time for a month already started, but I do honor cancellations for the next billing cycle without question.
For one-time projects: Refunds depend on stage of work and are addressed case by case. I'll always be fair.
The Site links to third-party services (Calendly, WhatsApp, Meta, etc). I'm not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Use them at your own risk under their respective terms.
The Site is provided "as is." I make no warranties about specific results from my services. Marketing depends on many factors I don't control: your offer, your product-market fit, your operations, market conditions. I work hard, I bring 8+ years of experience, but I don't guarantee specific revenue, leads, or ROI for any business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim related to the Site or services is limited to the amount you paid me in the 3 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in San Francisco County courts.
I can update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
